Lowcountry Etiquette Gives Back

Lowcountry Etiquette recently partnered with local organization Kids On Point and conducted a manners and etiquette dinner for the children that they support. Kids On Point works with  kids from under-resourced neighborhoods in Charleston to foster life-readiness skills.

Our organization believes that having a foundation of manners and etiquette at an early age sets kids up for success and gives them skills that will grow with them for their lifetime.

Kids who learn these skills early on have more confidence in social settings, and likely have a better ability to get scholarships, jobs and successful careers. Our organization is committed to teaching manners and etiquette to the children in the Charleston community who may not be able to afford our regular classes, and this event was a wonderful start with that mission.

We hope that by teaching classes to children who may not otherwise have had that opportunity, we are helping to set them up for success. The kids’ positive energy, humor, light, and excitement about our class was contagious and we are so thankful for the opportunity.

The event was sponsored by the law firm Miller, Dawson, Sigal & Ward, and we are so grateful for their support as well!
